Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise can be exchanged. Just contact us if you have any issues. Items that are damaged in shipping can also be exchanged. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving order. Damaged items can only be exchanged for the same item, as long as we have it available. If it's not available, we will issue a store credit.
Returns and Exchanges
If you decide that you do not want something that you've ordered, we will accept a return only if the merchandise is unopened and still new. We will give you store credit provided that what you return is in new condition. Credit must be used within 90 days of the date the original item was purchased. We cannot accept returns on vinyl except as stated under the defective merchandise policy mentioned above.
